Our minimum order quantity is 100 units per product.

We normally estimate between 4 and 6 weeks. This can vary in peak season.

We focus on premium natural skincare formulations.

Our products are crafted in the United Kingdom, utilising safe and high-quality ingredients. All our products undergo rigorous testing and are manufactured in a registered Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility.

IRIS are opposed to all forms of animal testing and ensure no animal testing is carried out on our products.

Technical documentation including; PIF summary, SDS, Specification & INCI are held by IRIS and all products are already tested and registered in line with UK regulations.

We use a combination of Ethylhexylglycerin and Phenoxyethanol which is a globally approved paraben-free preservative that is effective against bacterial, yeast and fungal growth. 

We have tried a wide range of other preservatives in the past, we’ve always found this to be the best one that works with our high percentage of natural ingredients. Although synthetically mass produced, phenoxyethanol is found in nature in plants such as green tea and chicory. 

The levels we use, are all within the cosmetic regulations and ensure our products remain safe and well protected against micro-organisms.

All IRIS formulations have passed 12 weeks stability testing allowing for a 30-month shelf life. Therefore an expiry date is not required on product labels. 

A period after opening (PAO) symbol is required. This varies between which packaging type is used; 

– Closed container = 12M 

– Open container = 6M 

Our website is designed to empower you to create your own label. You can either upload a pre-existing design or craft a label from scratch. Please note that we do not provide a label design service.

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to upload your own label design. The system provides various options, allowing you to either upload your pre-existing design or create a label from scratch using the tools we provide. For guidance on creating your own label, refer to the provided guide.

The system will accept, JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS or AI.

All necessary information, including ingredients, usage directions, warnings, a brief product description, and manufacturer details, as well as any symbols denoting vegan or cruelty-free status, are already included on the label. Your responsibility is to add your logo or brand name and design the front of the label. For a concise step-by-step guide, please refer to the provided instructions here.

Our price is displayed without VAT and includes product, packaging and label. Once you add your products to the basket, you will see that VAT and £7.50 shipping costs are added to your total.

Yes, you can find our price break on each product page.

• Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please double-check that you have ordered the correct products, have correct details on your labels etc. BEFORE proceeding through the checkout. 
• We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. In some extenuating circumstances, we may be able to support you, however, fees will be incurred. 
• If products are faulty or damaged, we will replace your items as soon as we can. Please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the fault. 

We have intentionally selected packaging for our white label products to relieve our customers of the burden and allow them to concentrate on their brand, marketing efforts, and label design. Therefore, we do not accommodate the option for customers to supply their own packaging for filling.

We prioritise environmentally friendly packaging by utilizing materials such as glass jars, glass dropper bottles, and various plastic containers like airless containers and HDPE. We collaborate with packaging suppliers who share our commitment to finding sustainable solutions.

While our goal is to contribute to environmental well-being, it's important to note that not all components of our containers or pumps may be recyclable, and achieving fully recyclable packaging may not always be possible.

We crafted the IRIS private label website with the goal of consolidating the entire product creation process in one convenient and hassle-free location.

You can view the label details when you access the "customise" section on the website. Within this section, you will find the selected product along with the label template, providing the information you need to create your customised label.

Certainly! You can order samples directly from the website. They will come with our sample labels.

Samples usually take 4-5 business days to process and ship. If a product from your sample order is out of stock, it may take longer to fulfil it, however you will be notified in case this happens.

Sit back and relax while your products are being prepared. We will notify you once the order has been shipped.

Yes, you can name the products on your labels however it suits your brand. We add a generic name of the product in the description.

Yes, all our products are vegan friendly.

Yes, you can take your time. Once you create a login on our website, you will be able to save your designs and finish them later.

Yes, all our products are sulphate and paraben free.

IRIS products are pre-prepared and packaged. However we will be introducing different product ranges and packaging, so there will be a wider choice of products. Currently there is no option to customise these products.

No need to do that! Our standard formulations have already been approved and tested to meet UK Regulations. One thing less for you to worry about.

At present, we exclusively ship to the UK. However, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our shipping services to include other countires. If you are interested in receiving notifications about when we initiate shipping to additional countries, kindly subscribe to our newsletter.

Similar to many white label companies, we do not provide drop-shipping services. We hold the belief that not offering drop-shipping can serve as an advantage for our customers in terms of their marketing and promotional strategies.

We already registered all the products from IRIS website, so you don’t need to do that. This also means that you don't have to worry about any technical documentation such as PIF summary, SDS, Specification & INCI. They are held by IRIS Private Label.
