Our minimum order quantity is 100 units per product.
Can I combine my order across two different products to make up the minimum order quantity?
No, our minimum order quantity is 100 units per product and this can’t be divided across formulations. This is due to the costs associated with creating, labelling and packaging each individual formulation.

Our prices are displayed without VAT and include product, packaging and label. Once you add your products to the basket, you will see that VAT and £7.50 shipping costs are added to your final total.

Yes, you can find our price reductions per order quantity on each product page.
How long will it take for me to receive my branded products?
Once your order has been placed, we normally estimate delivery between 4-6 weeks. This can vary in peak season.
What is your return/refund policy?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please double check that you have ordered the correct products, have the right details on your labels and so on before proceeding through the checkout.

What type of products do you offer?
We focus on premium natural skincare and haircare formulations.
Can I remove or add new ingredients to your products?
IRIS products are pre-prepared and packaged. There is currently no option to customise these products, but we do regularly add innovative new additions to our range. If you’re after bespoke formulations, take a look at our parent company Hera Beauty. Hera Beauty MOQs are 1,000 units per product.
Are your products cruelty-free?
IRIS ensures that no animal testing is carried out on any of our products. Our formulations are vegan-friendly and also sulphate and paraben free.
Where are your products made?
Our products are crafted in Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom, utilising safe and high-quality ingredients. All our products undergo rigorous testing and are manufactured in a registered Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility.
What documentation do I need to sell the products?
Technical documentation including the PIF summary, SDS, and Specification INCI are held by IRIS. All products are already tested and registered in line with UK regulations.
Do I have to get the products tested and approved before I can sell them?
There’s no need to do that! Our standard formulations have already been approved and tested to meet UK Regulations - saving you time and money!
Do I need to register the cosmetics on the UK cosmetic portal?
We have already registered all the products from the IRIS website, so you don’t need to. This also means that you don't have to worry about any technical documentation such as PIF summary, SDS, Specification & INCI. They are held by IRIS Private Label.
What preservatives do you use?
We use a combination of Ethylhexylglycerin and Phenoxyethanol, a globally approved paraben-free preservative effective against bacterial, yeast, and fungal growth.
Although synthetically mass-produced, phenoxyethanol is found in nature in plants such as green tea and chicory. The levels we use are within cosmetic regulations, ensuring our products remain safe and protected against microorganisms.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All IRIS formulations have passed 12-week stability testing, allowing for a 30-month shelf life. Therefore, an expiry date is not required on product labels. A period after opening (PAO) symbol is required, which varies depending on packaging type:
Closed container = 12M
Open container = 6M

Do you offer a label design service?
Our website has been designed to empower you to independently create your own labels. You can either upload a pre-existing design or craft a label from scratch online. Take a look at our step-by-step guide.
If you would like IRIS to design your labels we charge £100 per label, which includes a maximum of three sets of amendments. Contact us to discuss our design services.
Can I upload my own label design?
Absolutely, you have the flexibility to upload your own label design. The system provides various options, allowing you to either upload your pre-existing design or create a label from scratch using the tools we provide. Take a look at the label design specifications - each product has a unique template.
Please note, you will only be able to edit the centre of the label. The side sections are uneditable and contain necessary product information.
Why is IRIS named on the labels as the ‘Responsible Person’ or RP?
All consumer cosmetic products must have a ‘Responsible Person’ who ensures safety measures are followed and legal obligations are met. As the manufacturer and tester of the formulations, IRIS is named as the ‘Responsible Person’ on the packaging labels.
Can I order products without labels?
We crafted the IRIS website with the goal of consolidating the entire product creation process in one convenient and hassle-free location. Because we offer an end-to-end manufacturing service, labels must be included as part of your order.
Can the names of the products be changed?
Yes, you can name the products on your labels in a way that suits your brand. We add a generic name of the product in the non-editable description.
What file formats are suitable for uploading as the label design?
The system will accept JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG or AI formats.
Can I save my label design when it has been partially created to work on later?
Yes, you can take your time. Once you create a log-in on our website, you will be able to save your designs and finish them at a later date that suits you.

Can I supply my packaging for you to fill?
We have intentionally selected packaging for our white label products to relieve our customers of the burden and allow them to focus on their brand, marketing efforts, and label design. Therefore, we do not accommodate the option for customers to supply their own packaging for filling.
Is the packaging fully recyclable?
We prioritise environmentally-friendly packaging by using materials such as glass jars, glass dropper bottles, and various plastic containers like airless containers and HDPE.
While we collaborate with packaging suppliers to find sustainable solutions, not all components of our containers or pumps may be recyclable, and achieving fully recyclable packaging may not always be possible. All recyclable elements can be placed in household recycling.
